What is the free shipping all about?

We make it easy to stretch your baby gift budget by always providing you with free shipping across Canada.  You have the option to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery. 

What are my payment options?

Unique Baby Gifts accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.


Will I be charged sales tax?

All orders are charged GST and applicable provincial sales tax.

Are online transactions secure?

Unique Baby Gifts assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses a secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records. Please read our security and privacy policy for details.

Can I order by phone?

While we are happy to answer questions you may have at 1-866-476-0213, for credit card security reasons, we do not accept phone orders. 


Do you offer discount coupons on your baby gifts and favors?

We offer a Customer Rewards Program whereby you can earn rewards and learn about exclusive deals. All of these benefits PLUS free shipping in Canada is what makes us your best choice for unique baby gifts.

Will I receive an email confirmation for my order?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Please review your order details carefully and contact customer service immediately if you wish to make any changes. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our facility, you will receive a second email containing delivery and tracking information. Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the buyer's email address.

What is the currency for all prices?

All prices listed on our Unique Baby Gifts's website are quoted in Canadian Dollars.


Shipping & Fulfillment:

How do I check on the status of my order?

We send tracking information to the email address you used to place your order. You can also check on the status on your order by visiting the order status page link in the email receipt you received when you placed your order. For any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us.

What are my shipping options?

We offer free shipping across Canada. You may also upgrade your shipping in the shopping cart if you wish. Please contact us regarding shipments outside of Canada. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Our carriers require a physical shipping address.

Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing tracking number(s) which will allow you to track your order. Some items ship separately and you may receive multiple emails with more than one tracking number. You may also check the status of your order on our order status page.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each product on our website has a specific processing time, shown in each product description. Shipping transit times are always additional to processing times.

How do I makes changes or cancel my order?

There is a 30 minute cancellation period from the time you place your order. Cancellation requests should be sent to support@uniqubabygifts.com and must include the order number. 

What if my order is undeliverable?

If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The customer is responsible for all redirect and/or reshipping fees charged by the carrier to pickup and to redeliver the package.


Returns & Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

Our return policy follows:

Returns for Defective Merchandise - Customers may exchange or return a defective item within 30 days of receipt. We will pay for the return shipping. All items returned under this policy are eligible for either replacement or a refund. For a refund, the purchase price paid will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase. 

Returns for Other Reasons - Customers may exchange or return an unwanted item within 30 days of receipt, except for reasons listed below. We ask that the product be returned unused and in original condition. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number. You can request an RA number by emailing support@uniquebabygifts.com.

Please note, we are unable to accept:

* Items that have been used or laundered
* Diaper Cakes that have been disassembled
* Personalized items
* Partial order returns
* Other items that are non-returnable and non-refundable are edible, cosmetic and personal care items.

How does Unique Baby Gifts use my personal information?

All information we collect through our website is used solely to process transactions for commercial purposes. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you, when necessary, regarding your order. We will NEVER sell, lease or disclose your email address to any party ever. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) will be used only for billing purposes and are not stored on our servers.

We do not have a retail storefront and cannot make sales in person. Orders can only be taken online. Orders ship direct from our warehouses and designer facilities.
